David Fransik

David Fransik has been in the construction industry since 1987. His experience is varied in many different facets of the home building industry from sales & marketing to field operations in the construction of estate homes. He has completed the requirements and has received the Certified Graduate Builder designation from the National Association of Homebuilders and has also completed the American Lung Association Health House Builder Training Program. He continues to pursue countless hours of continuing education through these sources, as well as the Energy and Environmental Building Association (EEBA) where he is currently working towards a Certified Master Builder designation. He recently served on the Rain Harvesting and Water Recycling Task Force for the Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC). His job was to help put forth recommendations for the use of rainwater harvesting and water recycling for the new guidelines adopted by the TRCC. David is also very active in the local Texas Hill Country Home Builder’s Association where he is currently serving as vice president.

Although David spends most of his time in construction, he enjoys golf, fly fishing, and continuing to complete projects at his own home with his family. ( )

Teresa Fransik

Teresa Fransik started Sierra Homes with her husband, David in January, 2002. A licensed veterinarian, she sold her veterinary practice after 15 years and joined her husband in the Hill Country of Texas to pursue his dream of building high performance, energy efficient homes. Teresa not only manages the office, but also helps with the management of subcontractors, especially when in the interior trim and design stage. Her fiscally responsible nature is a benefit for clients who are trying to stay on budget. ( )

Lew McCoy

Lew was born and raised in Dallas Texas. A graduate of Texas A&M School of Business in 1983, he has over 20 years of general sales experience and 10 years of real estate experience including residential and commercial sales, development and mortgage origination. He has been married to Brandy for 16 years and is the proud father of three boys. In his spare time he enjoys golf, fishing, and mountain biking, as well as coaching youth sports and leading children ’s church. ( )
